Huge Yard Sale to Benefit NSMA

We need you! Donate, Volunteer, and Loan your Tables
1. DONATE! WE CAN TAKE ANYTHING*! Clean out your closets, basement and garage…
Here are some items that will bring the most buyers:
- Books, movies
- Electronics, TVs, stereo equipment (even if it is old)
- Household items – Kitchen, home accents and accessories, lamps, smaller pieces of furniture, bedding
- Sporting Equipment – bikes, fishing and camping equipment
- Tools
- Clothing – Gently used, clean, wearable and free of stains and tears
- Cardboard boxes for storage (will not be returned)
- Clothing hangers (will not be returned)
*Items we cannot accept include large furniture, large appliances, microwave ovens, baby cribs, pack-n-plays and car seats. Thank you.
Drop off times:
- Wed. August 29, 5pm – 9pm
- Thurs. August 30, 7am – 2pm
- Fri. August 31, 7am – 11am
2. VOLUNTEER: PLEASE DONATE YOUR TIME!
We need volunteers to help during following times. Even one hour of volunteer time is appreciated. Please consider a minimum 2-hour shift. Please email napervillesmartmeters@yahoo.com or call (630) 579-0659 with the dates and times you can help.
- Wed. August 29, 5pm – 9pm – Receiving donations
- Thurs. August 30, 8am – 3pm – Setup, Sales, Tear down
- Fri. August 31, 8am – 3pm – Setup, Sales, Tear down and Pack up
3. LEND YOUR TABLES, CLOTHING RACKS (OR LADDERS AND POLES)
We need lots of tables and clothing racks to make our donations very shopper-friendly! If you can lend these items, clearly label with your name and phone number.
Drop off during one of the following times:
- Wed. August 29, 5pm – 9pm
- Thur. August 30, 7am – 8:30am
Pick up Friday, August 31, 2 – 7 p.m. If you cannot pickup that day, please pre-arrange an alternate time by emailing us at napervillesmartmeters@yahoo.com or call (630) 579-0659.
