City manager Doug Krieger is not accurate in his statements that there are no reported health issues.  270 people paying $68 up front and $25.75 per month is the minimum number of health reports – these homeowners need analog meters, not digital smart meters which cause an increase in transients due to the switching power supply.   Transients can cause the same health effects of RF emissions.  People in Naperville are becoming ill from the NWMA.

“The Industry Insider estimates that about 10% of all cell sites are on rooftops (the fraction differs from one carrier to another). And of that 10%, about 10% are out of compliance. This works out to about 1% of all cell sites being non-compliant.”  That works out to be about 3,000 cell towers.  If they are evenly spread throughout the US, that’s 60 per state, but certainly there’s going to be concentrations in large cities.

“They can fix this if they want to, it’s not that hard,” said the Insider. “The situation is completely different in Canada and Europe. They take this seriously.”
